Baton Rouge Native John Eric James recently participated in the Olympic Torch Relay.  He was one of 8,000 Olympic Torchbearers selected worldwide to help carry the torch across the United Kingdom to its final destination at the Summer Olympic Games in London.

James is a graduate of Baton Rouge High School and Southern University. He currently lives in Michigan.
