Love is in the air at WAFB Channel 9. Anchor and reporter Lauren Westbrook, two news producers, and the digital content director are engaged and one of those producers is getting married soon.
Westbrook is engaged to Ryan Byrd. The couples are Content Director Amber Stegall and her fiance Dave Kite; News Producer Heather Mason and her fiance Michael Phung, and News Producer Roya Sorrells and her fiance Clint Nauta.
"Heather is my producer for the noon show so in between discussing the newscast we're discussing weddings," Westbrook says. "It seems like every week someone is squealing "let me see the ring.'"
So now everyone is wondering who's next?
