A naming ceremony for Martin D. Woodin Hall, formerly the Agriculture Administration Building, will be held Thursday, April 14, at 2:30 p.m. The ceremony will take place in the LSU quadrangle, in front of the building.
During his tenure at LSU, the late Martin D. Woodin was president and executive vice president of the LSU System, dean of the College of Agriculture at LSU-Alexandria, and head of what is now the LSU Department of Agricultural Economics & Agribusiness.
Joining Woodin’s daughters and grandchildren at the ceremony will be LSU System President John Lombardi, LSU Chancellor Mike Martin, LSU AgCenter Chancellor Bill Richardson, LSU System Assistant Vice President Joe Corso, and LSU College of Agriculture Dean Kenneth Koonce.
